Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. All orders which are in stock are dispatched within 72 hours of the order placed (except weekends and national holidays). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take other 2-3 days depending on the address specified for the order. In the case of remote areas, the orders are delivered within 7-8 business days.

For a smooth delivery of your order, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in the future.

In case the order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, the following could be the reasons:

– If the address or PIN Code provided is incorrect
– Nobody is present at the address to collect the shipment
– If COD and cash is not ready at the time of delivery
– If you ask for a delayed delivery
– If you request for self-pickup at a later point in time

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and logistic partner process the orders, which takes an additional 2–6 days.

Then your orders is packaged and sent to your destination via one of our logistics partner.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 8–22 business days. Orders in middle Europe are shipped by GLS partner. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.


If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

1. The order can be cancelled anytime before dispatch of products. Once the shipment email is sent and delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. If you wish to cancel your order, Kindly email us at mentioning your order details and reason for cancellation.
3. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

Note: Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the dispatch of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

1. If a product is out of stock or is discontinued
2. Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.

Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in.

We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.

If you have received an email from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will help you.
